Veterans with physical challenges may need to learn to use adaptive equipment; others will require significant vocational and/or educational support to learn a whole new set of skills. And some simply need help to translate the skills they learned during their military service, to the needs of civilian life.
Welcome Back Veterans supports programs that help veterans every step of the way to employment - from skills training to resume writing, practice interviews, and networking. Programs funded through Welcome Back Veterans also help veterans keep jobs, through job coaches and additional training as needed.
